處理方法：先取適量沖洗，再以清水浸大約2至3小時，然後飛水即可，可配合不同菜餚烹調食用。
Handling method: Rinse with water, then soak in water for about 2 hours, then put into boiled water for a while scoop up. It can then be cooked with different dishes.
