Delivery Policy 送貨條款

運費安排:
  • 現凡購物滿£60可免運費，不足£60之消費將收取£6運費。
  • 凡購物總額滿£100，本店會自動為客人提供收件簽收服務(或稱掛號)，如不足£100而希望提供掛號服務，需額外收取£2之費用。
  • *優惠送貨區域* ~ 凡送貨地點為以下Postcode 之客戶，購物滿£40便可免運費：KT17、KT18、KT19、SM1、SM2、SM3、SM4、SM5、SM6、SM7
送貨地點: 
  • 只接受英國地區之訂單 (不包括偏遠地區及群島)
    送貨方式 :
    • 以下地區將由本店親自運送：Kingston, Surbiton, Sutton, Epsom, Tolworth, Leatherhead, Tadworth及Croydon等附近區域。
    • 其他地區透過英國郵政(Royal mail)或其他物流公司派送。
      送貨日期:
      • 本店的送貨日是星期一至六，一般下單後2至4個工作天內送到。
      送貨失敗:
      • 如在約定的送貨時間內，因地址錯誤、家中無人、失聯等情況，重新安排運送將額外收取費用。
        保險:
        • 本店並沒有為貨品購買保險，客人需自行承擔寄送期間之任何風險。

        • The following areas will be personally delivered by our driver: Kingston, Surbiton, Sutton, Epsom, Tolworth, Leatherhead, Tadworth and Croydon nearby areas
        • Other areas are delivered by Royal Mail or other logistics companies.

        Date of delivery:

        • Our delivery days are Monday to Saturday, usually within 2 to 5 working days after placing the order.
        Failure in delivery:
        • Our shop does not purchase insurance for the goods, and the customer shall bear any risk during the delivery period.
