食用方法：按每人3克份量，置水中泡發8-10小時後，以清水洗淨後即可。可配搭燉鮮奶，煲湯或烹調糖水之用。

Handling method: The serving size per person is about 3 grams. Soak it in water for about 8-10 hours, and then wash it with water. It can be used with stewing fresh milk or cooking with desserts.
