紅螺頭 Dried Conch

本店之紅螺頭來自西非賽內加爾，色澤極佳及乾身，含豐富維生素A、蛋白質及鈣質等營養，滋陰補腎，對氣虛血弱或貧血者有相當的療效。

Dried conch of our shop comes from Senegal, West Africa. It has excellent color and dried body. It is rich in nutrients such as vitamin A, protein and calcium. It nourishes your body.

處理食方法：先以清水洗淨，再以適量清水浸一晚即可用，如有腸可以剪刀除掉。螺頭一般作煲湯之用，甘香鮮味。

Handling method:  Rinse with water first, then soak it in a moderate amount of water overnight before use. If there is any debris, you can remove it with scissors. This product is generally used for soup, and it is sweet and delicious.

保存方法：存放於陰涼處

Storage method: Keep in cool, dry place.
