茨實 Dried Euryale seeds

茨實為睡蓮科植物的成熟乾燥種子，味甘， 性平，具有多種營養成分， 如蛋白質、鈣、維生素B1、B2、粗纖維等。茨實具有補脾袪濕、益腎滋養等作用，對脾腎虛弱的人士更有幫助。可配合淮山、圓肉等材料加肉類煲湯。
 

處理方法：先以清水洗淨，再以清水浸半小時，便可加入湯水中烹調。

Handling method: Rinse with water first, then soak in water for half an hour, then add it to the soup for cooking.

保存方法：存放於陰涼處

Keeping method: Store in cool, dry place.
