本店之天白大花菇是以段木栽培種植,再脫水成香菇,不含農藥,香氣濃郁,並含豐富蛋白質及維生素D。
Our mushrooms are cultivated and grown on Japanese wood, and then dehydrated into mushrooms with Japanese technology. They do not contain pesticides, have a strong aroma, and are rich in protein and vitamin D.
處理方法:
2. 先以清水洗淨,再以清水浸一晚至軟身

4. 隔去浸菇之水的雜質,保留浸菇之水作調汁之用。
Handling method: Rinse with water first, then soak in water for one to two nights until soft, cut off the stems, and serve with different dishes. You can reserve the soaking water of mushrooms for sauce.
建議煮法:(12粒份量)
材料:薑3片、蒜頭3-4瓣、蠔油3-4湯匙、冰糖約10-15克(視乎個人喜好)
做法:
1. 先開中火,落油,爆香薑和蒜,然後加入花菇,略炒確保花菇沾到油。
2. 然後加入浸菇之水及冰糖,待水滾後轉慢火,炆約20分鐘。
3. 加入蠔油混和,再炆大約20分鐘,汁收至稠身即可。如希望再稠身一點可略加入生粉水混和。
4. 上碟時可配合時令蔬菜。
保存方法:存放於陰涼處
