Huai-shan slices has many benefits such as invigorating the spleen and nourishing the lungs. It has a good curative effect on people with weak spleen and stomach, fatigue and loss of appetite, and is one of the most commonly used ingredients in Chinese soups.
處理方法：先以清水洗淨，再以清水浸半小時至一小時，便可加入湯水中烹調。
Handling method: Rinse with water first, then soak in water for half an hour to one hour, then add it to the soup for cooking.
保存方法：存放於陰涼處
