本店之泰國蝦米色澤光亮，肉質細嫩，味道鮮甜，有效使菜餚提鮮。蝦米營養價值豐富，含有豐富的鈣、鉀、鎂、磷等礦物質，可以降低膽固醇，而蝦米中含蝦青素，亦具有抗氧化之功效。

處理方法：先用清水洗淨，再以水浸一會至軟身即可使用。蝦米用途廣泛，可配合不同菜餚蒸煮食用。
