食用方法：每人食用份量約3克，先在水中泡發約8-10小時，然後用清水洗淨即可。可配搭燉煮湯水或烹調糖水之用。

Handling method: The serving size per person is about 3 grams. Soak it in water for about 8-10 hours, and then wash it with water. It can be used with stewing soup or cooking with desserts.
