螺片 Sliced Conch

螺片是以響螺為原材料製作而成，更易處理及口感較響螺頭腍滑。螺片含豐富蛋白質，味道鮮甜，有滋陰補腎、清肝潤肺、明目及開胃消滯等功效，適合加入瘦肉或雞肉煲成湯水，或浸發後切成小件作炆菜餚之用。

處理食方法：先以清水洗淨，再以適量清水浸兩至三小時，再以清水淨，便可加入湯水。

Handling method:  Rinse with water, then soak it in a moderate amount of water for 2 to 3 hours before use. Rinse thoroughly and can add into pot with other ingredients and cook for about 2 hours. 

保存方法：存放於陰涼處

Storage method: Keep in cool, dry place.
